It’s sad. I’ve drove thru many many times. Just went thru going to the VA in Carrollton and noticed getting pretty trashy around SR 61 and I 20.

I lived just outside villa Rica for the last 25 years and was glad to put it in my rear view mirror for the last time. The only good thing about that area is Georgia Arms. Meth and heroin are the biggest businesses out there. If you don't want something any more all you have to do is set it outside and it will magically be gone the next morning. I bought a Belgian Malinois because theft is so bad out there and my work truck kept constantly getting looted.
