What would you buy

For rifles: a single stage won’t slow you down much if you are loading for long range accuracy.

For pistols: I think a progressive is very helpful. 200-400 rounds per hour verses 50-100 per hour on a single stage.

RCBS ROCK CHUCKER,heavy duty, easy to set up, been using one for more than 45 years, also, DILLON 550B, 650, and 750... Have been very happy with the presses, great customer service, willing to help upon setting up presses if needed, BUY BIG BLUE AND CRY ONCE, BUT SATISFIED WITH QUALITY BUILT INTO THE PRESSES... BIG BLUE TATTOOED THROUGH AND THROUGH...

A single stage is a must for loading rifle rounds for accuracy. I can't load any rifle rounds in my progressive other than .223. When I go to the trouble of loading something like .308 or 30-338 I want match grade accuracy.
