Boy when it rains it pours around here.

As usual things would be better if there was better communication. There are a few mods who think they don't need to let members know why their threads are moved, deleted, etc and some mods who like to live their one moment in authority. While they are certainly not required, members like to feel welcome, not like they come to be taught a lesson or lectured by a mod.
