After a long day and a couple double jiggers... the glass holds a true meaning.
Got to love it when your better half is in tune with you...lol

I just finished rubbing my butt. Now I’m gonna let it chill overnight. Get my early morning wood (To smoking ) and let it do 10 before pulling it out again.

Pulled from the smoker...9hrs-15min @ 250 grill temp for a 202 internal finish.
Let it settle and pull. 4lb-10oz butt for the wife and myself.
