What a day for smoking!!

Got some much needed yard work done this morning after my ammo swap meet. So I decided to smoke my infamous wings for the fam!!
Sitting in the driveway with a cold beer and my green monster getting down!! Fixing to go do a shot or 2

Isn’t it! I just hit up a local grocery that had Boston Butts for 1.18lb..

I have a few resting in the fridge with some rub currently for early tomorrow AM smoke.

Searing up some smoked beef sausage and have some peppers and onions going on shortly.

Toast some hoagie rolls and add some provolone cheese....

Glorious weather - I almost got the kayak out for a paddle around but opted for some yard work including burning some leftover storm debris - a hand fed fire in fall/winter is always invigorating. My overseeded fescue is an excellent reminder of coming spring.

A few cocktails while preparing planked salmon on the grill in a bit.

Today I could care less about national politics..........

I just finished rubbing my butt. Now I’m gonna let it chill overnight. Get my early morning wood (To smoking ) and let it do 10 before pulling it out again.
