The most useful saying you can have when you get to "that" age is this..."I may not always be able to do what I once did, but I can do once what I always did". This has got you covered coming ('scuse the pun) and going .

By the way, after being mostly an observer since 2010 I think we probably need two men's health forums on the ODT - mental and physical. Just a thought .
