Capetown has serviced my Rolex and they do great work. Prices on what they have in stock seem fair too

I can typically beat Capetown on price/quality but not always, depends on the piece.

The way I figure it, I'm not a big jewelry guy. I wear my wedding band and a nice watch. For what the woman in my life gets I feel more than justified spending a little coin on a nice timepiece.
