I think it is odd that the group "Anonymous" created this "guide" and it talks about moveing with the rioters. Seems like it may be less of a "survival guide" as it is a "For the participants of a revolt so the media does not portray us in a bad light." Sorry about the heavy qoutation marks.

Moving with the rioters is a survival suggestion much like staying with the flow of traffic on the interstate until you can safely take the next exit. Stopping suddenly can get you killed or ran over. Going against the traffic will result in a head on collision.
