Vinyl stencils for gun paint

Has anybody had any dealings with the sheet style vinyl stencils for painting guns. I want to put a real subtle reptile print on a rifle and I am not sure of how effective they are. All comments welcome.
 
Never personally used them but Fatal_Bert Fatal_Bert would be the person to ask. Camo job on my 365 turned out great…..

I have some stencils for a m81 pattern, but haven't tried them yet. For a snakeskin type of effect you can use a mesh laundry bag.

Heck I already purchased enough to do a gun. They are high heat so apparently they stay in while curing in the oven using Durakote. I will give them a shot. I thought you just peel of the stencil and place it over the gun but Noooo! I have to take each little detail out of the stencil and place each one on the gun. Eeeek!
