I have a similar one on the roof of my Polaris ranger, Works great for me it is a double

I've been thinking about doing something exactly like that, but their doesn't seem to be anything commercially available. Got some blueprints?

Nah you don't need blueprints. I ordered the clamps from Amazon and the rest is just sheet metal bent down at the ends and riveted to the body metal under the trim. I used a section of bent metal to stiffen it on the back and that's it.
