Ups lost my ammo!

Im on the phone right now with a package investigation person. Apparently my 500 rounds of 300 blackout was delivered while I was sitting in my office watching the front door. That didnt happen. My address is correct on the shipping, but it says it was delivered to another city... UPS has never been my favorite carrier and this isnt making their case any better.

As I typed the crime I thought it would be, it didnt make any sense at all. I thought it would be a felony to knowingly transfer ammo to a felon or someone not eligible to have guns and ammo.
