Unertl Scope repair

Bought an old neglected remington 37 with an Unertl scope on it. The parallax is froze up and the top rail that is intended to slide is partially broke off. Included a couple pics of the scope. It’s the the top rail on the scope just underneath the muzzle scope ring on the right side
