These people need rain in such a bad way. Parts of Texas are 24" below water tables. That part of Texas (Bastrop, near Austin) have alot of cypress trees. Talk about burning hot and fast.

Another. This is at lake Cherokee. A small private lake in East Texas-Longview. Very Eerie. From my friends boat dock.

Man that is awful. I know there are huge cattle ranches out there having to sell all there stock because of the drought as well. Look at the grass in the median it's all dead with a green patch here and there.
