Transferring a gun at Bass Pro Shop

Hi all,

I have a gun to pick up at Bass Pro Shop but I have to update my address in my driver’s license; does someone know if I can use my fishing license to proof I live in my new address?

Although the fudds behind the counter will probably give you a hard time about it. It is a form of government identification.

I think It should work too, they said if I had anything from the Federal or state government with my new address in it would work. The license is issued by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources.

I was able to issue fishing licenses as proof of current address when I did sales. Last time I did it was two years ago, I don't know if things have changed since

I know some shops will give you trouble if your driver’s license doesn’t match your carry.
