Must be really young. As I recall they have a red spot in both sides of their head and a full black crest when they're grown. Sometimes referred to as a Funeral Cockatoo. They have a pretty difficult narrow diet. Only one I've ever seen in this country was at Parrot Jungle in Miami in the late 80s.
My granmother had an african grey before she passed away and some kinda parrot that was bright orange and green. I hated the ****ers cause they always ate my hair and tried to bite my ears but they were beautiful birds
