Sounds like the ideal dog to me.Many years ago we had a husky with green eyes.
Folks in the area said he was a "debil dog" and would not drive into our driveway.
The dog would never bark or even get up from the porch when someone approached.
He was afraid of his own shadow
I got two dachshunds - all the driver are scared for their ankles

Chihuahuas = Hell Hounds.
Good thing that brave 9 year old was available to save her life!
One of my bosses has a long hair Che- hoo ah hoo ah named Miggy that's the sweetest one I ever met. Really mellow around everyone. But yeah most of the time they are one person dogs. Everyone else watch out.

Had a job growing up delivering livestock feed to various ranches. Dealt with a few mean farm-barn-cattle dogs. Most of them got to know me and would come to see me when I delivered. I carried dog biscuits! Only one that never warmed up to me and actually tried to bite me was a Chihuahua.
