Reading through a book called "Sugar Busters" now. I'm amazed at how many things are just slap full of added sugars and carbs. Most of my life has been supported by processed foods and waffle house, til now. I can sure tell a difference in how I feel when my sugar is up or down. Trying to get it smoothed out with a better diet.Lots of good YouTube videos on eating keto, reduced carbs. Sugar is the enemy of good health and long life.
My wonderful wife is super supportive and has been looking at our dinners based on carbs/sugars lately, instead of making me all my favorite foods that make me feel bad.
