I remember the one and only time I ever got food poisoning. I remember just sitting on the toilet with a trash can in my hands because it was just uncontrollably coming out of both ends. I ended up just laying on the floor in the fetal position waiting for it to stop. Thank goodness it didn't hit while I was at work though!
