We are getting close to spring so I figured it is about time we start planning
another trip. What I was thinking is a 4-5 day trip on the Jacks River Trail.
Instead of camping in one spot, maybe hiking the entire trail length and camping
somewhere different each night. That trail is 16-17 miles long and has 25-30
water crossings or varying difficulty.

What do you guys think?

I couldn't do a 5 day trip

What I was thinking is to work it in over a weekend. Take possibly a Thursday and Friday as well as
the weekend. I am good for a week trip or a 3-4 day but without at least 4 days you don't have
alot of time to discuss / practice any skills that trip is for unless you stay in a stationary place.

We did a 3 day last time and stayed in one location and did not have much time to discuss or
do anything. Setting up / gathering materials takes a long time. It will be up to the group that
goes but I would like to go for at least 4 days. JMO

I could take a half day on thurs and a full day on friday. Leave thurs around noon, come home sunday evening. I'll make sure I bring my spice shaker again this time.

The trip wouldn't be complete without the spice shaker. You are going to have to post up where you
got that thing so we can make sure we have one for the trip.

Dates????? Not sure yet. I was looking to get some input from all the guys that want to go.
