Reheated 375° for 10 minutes. Hmmm.

Ha! When fresh it was really good, I didn't season anything so I felt it needed a little salt on mine afterwards. Wife said it didn't need any. (I try and limit my salt intake.)

Out of the air fryer, definitely crispier than when straight out of the oil. Way better than reheated in the microwave!

Round 2!

I couldn't find pickled Serranos or just straight up Adobo sauce when I went grocery shopping but I did find this stuff.

Fileted the chicken breasts and marinated 24 hours in the fridge again. Threw em on the grill and put the steel pan on the side burner with some olive oil, chopped garlic, bell pepper, onion, tomato and jalapeños. Hit em with some S&P.

Sliced the chicken and onto some fajita shells with some cheese. Got some heat but I think it's from the jalapeños or the pepper. I'm a few beers deep but I don't think the heat is from the chicken. All I know is it's GOOD!!!
