I had a small jar of Adobo sauce , a small can of chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce, and a small can of pickled Serrano peppers.
I threw the jar of Adobo sauce, the chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce and a handful of the pickled peppers (minus the stems) in a blender.
I poured that into a zip lock bag with some chicken breasts for 24 hours. I fileted the chicken breasts for even cooking. I just took them off the grill and they are beautiful and delicious on some flour tortillas with some cheese, raw red bell pepper and some extra pickled Serranos for some heat. Easiest marinade ever and absolutely delicious!
