My 10 year old and I got to watch the launch together. It was the first time he had ever seen one and the first one for me since the space shuttles in the '80s.

But did watch the docking today on CSPAN. Up until they started the whole ceremony thing.

Our whole family watched it. Kids are 10 and 12. They loved it.

I actually got a little choked up. I would've been 4 when I was plopped in front of a 14" (?) black and white console to watch Neal Armstrong. I don't remember much of it clearly, but I remember everyone being excited!
