First attempt on egg rolls and it was a success! Next will be pulled pork with jalapeño slaw.

I'll see if I can find the thread. Basically it's an eggroll with corned beef, swiss cheese and kraut inside. Dipping sauce is Thousand Island dressing. Sinfully delicious.
