I'll see if I can find the thread. Basically it's an eggroll with corned beef, swiss cheese and kraut inside. Dipping sauce is Thousand Island dressing. Sinfully delicious.

I’ve never made egg rolls but need to try it, recipe?

I make them usually after cooking a Corn Beef Brisket..I dice up some of the beef add a mild white cheese and Sauerkraut. Roll all together in an egg roll, deep fry and Thousand Island dressing on the side.
