Someone Threw A Bottle Of Mayo at ME....

reading thru this thread oddly enough reminded
me of a moment from the past. Was friends with one
of my ex's co-workers for years after the split. Meet
after work for drinks, etc. At some point while they
were working together ex mentioned one of my sins.
She made samiches for lunch and while we were
eating I requested in the future please put mayo
on both slices of bread. She didn't object to me but
told coworker how much she was steamed by request.
Years later went over to co-worker's house and pulled
out an article I had found by some eggspurt on proper
way to make a samdwich. Started reading it:
"First spread mayonaisse on both pieces of bread..."
She got choked up then busted out laughing so hard
her eyes teard up. Guess I should have waited to start
after she finished taking a swig from her beer.
