Currently out of work. Was laid off unexpectedly back in March. I manage operations in large scale call centers. Mostly workforce management stuff including forecasting/planning, real time operations response, scheduling, budget support. Have managed teams of up to 120 people. Still looking for a decent position where I can support my family. Doesn't necessarily need to be in the contact center world. Would love a change of pace.
I'm also starting up a small sideline company with my wife and sons. We'll be selling higher end knives and prepper gear/supplies. Just waiting for the website to be completed before we kick things off. If I can't find anything else, I guess I'll be doing the family business full time!
