Good news ! Happy for you brother ! Yes. I smoked for 40 years. Quit 12 years ago and it has made a big difference. Easy ? Hell no ! Mind over matter ! Just do it , we need you around for awhile yet !

Thank you Sir I appreciate the support. It is time to drop 125 pounds (get down to 6'2" 200 again) and quit smoking and maybe live a little for once. Life is too short to let it pass you by.
