Smoked trout dip

Caught some pretty fillet size trout Friday knowing I wanted to make a dip. They brined and went on hickory smoke. Made a heck of a dip!

Due to availability I mostly use catfish and it does SUPRISINGLY well. Also use tuna, mullet, and kingfish which is probably my favorite.
