Unless you're crawling through the mud like GI Joe or throwing your gun around the ground like John Wick, I see no way slide cuts could get enough debris in them to cause a malfunction.

Yep I miss read it at first.

Slide Holes I am not a fan of.

On extended slides or slides with optics the cuts remove weight to get the gun to function within spec...and sometimes they just look cool.

Meh, opinions, opinions. I like how different they look. Guns that stand out from the norm. But I like girls with tattoos and colored hair. So, my opinions are probably not the majority.
