I need help I don’t know how to replace a hose under my sink, there the metal meets the plastic fitting is leaking

Just go buy new hoses at HF, Lowe's. They come assembled. Hand tighten only. You can use Teflon tape on the treads but usually not needed.

Can you remove the entire hose and take it to the store? (To use the old hose to properly select the new hose)

Looks like the supply line is attached to the shutoff valve, unfortunately. Gonna have to shut the water off, change out the shutoff valve (recommend one where the supply line isn't attached), and install a new supply line
