I see them almost everyday. They always come from Dobbins air force base. If you guys ever notice it's pretty much only military jets spraying these things. I've never seen any other type of aircraft doing it and I can watch them rise above dobbins and start spraying. If any of you guys are in Acworth a good place to see them is at swift cantrell park. They spay pretty much directly over it and it's a big open field too so you have good vision. And that documentary, What In The World Are They Spraying?, is really good. They are definitely spraying these things for some sort of weather modification.
