Shotgun hate

I recently picked up a Tavor TS 12 and I'm thinking about dumping 16 rounds out of it off my deck tonight. Tomorrow when the conversation on Nextdoor is my neighbor Karen asking if anyone else heard the shotgon last night I'll chime in and say I heard it but it had to be fireworks because shotguns don't go boom 16 times in a row...

What? You say they are not practical for self defense because they recoil much harder than needed and have low capacity? Good point!

I wonder if there are any other weapons you can say the same about?

Ive met many people that didnt care for sporting type weapons, but never someone who was just down on shotguns

I was born and raised in Ohio. Grew up hunting everything with a shotgun. Even deer

My first gun as well. H&R single 12ga. Then an Ithaca DeerSlayer (100yd gun with slugs) before getting my first 30-30 Marlin.
