School me on : Mosin Nagants

What’s so special about the Finn Mosins? Rarity, or what?

Also, if I wanted to scope my 91/30 for hunting any recommendations on a mount/glass?

The Finns were way better quality and accurate as all get out....please don’t bubba up a untouched Mosin lol scout scope it off the rear base...all value goes away if not

Nothing special about Finn mosins. Alot were captured or purchased. The Finn's did try and add better barrels to them. All that being said, you never know what you might find as far as marketing.

For hunting. Unless your blind or shooting more then 200 to 300 yards you don't need one. But if you got to have it. Do a scout mount and find your zero.

Ammo for these is getting expensive...7.62 x 54r

Used to get Spam cans for under $80... Not $180... Or more...

Remember... 7.62 x 54r will be corrosive ammo ... Be sure to clean after each shooting.... A quick clean is with Windex...
