Seeking recommended gunsmith for a S&W revolver.

I have a 3" model 65-3 that the barrrl is slightly "off" as it relates to front site being vertical.

Might want some triggef stoning done ax well -

Recommendations, ideally in the north areas

Thanks

True revo gunsmiths are getting harder to come by. Andy at GA Firingline is phenomenal. Trigger and action work is pretty generic among true gunsmiths... barrel alignment I highly suggest using someone properly educated, and licensed.

Deercreek Gun Shop in Marietta has been in business for 36 years I believe...I've used them many times for gunsmithing jobs and have always been pleased with their work. Take it to a shop that can back up their work if you're not happy.

Stay away from letting fellow members work on your gun on their kitchen table.

If you can wait and want to mess with shipping, Ahlmans in MN is who Bass Pro/Cabela's uses for any work needed on their high end guns. I bought a pristine Pre Model 29 from them and it had "push-off"...they sent it to them and it came back like new with no new parts added. I would send any of my collector pieces to them for work needed.
