Rotator cuff surgery repair replacement

Mine wasn't even rotator cuff I had a torn labrum and had to have that repair and my biceps tendon relocated. Definitely worst pain I have ever experienced the day after. Made the mistake of thinking I wasn't gonna take the pain meds and the pain got ahead of me. Definitely take the pain meds

I'm 62 and had this done last October by Dr Scales with NGPG Orthopedic Braselton. The worst part for me was learning to sleep upright in a chair for the first 3 months. Do your PT religiously!! I have 100% range of motion and probably 90% of my strength back. I'm still doing 45 mins of stretches and exercises 5-7 days a week.
