Rimfire scope..

Any relative decent 4X.Why a fixed? It has few moving parts,so all the $$ is spent on its robust construction to give the user years of service.Unless your a competition shooter or have extremely poor eyesight,4X is a plenty IMHO for 99% of your hunting and plinking needs.

Nikon is out of the scope business. If you can snag one go ahead. For a hunting rifle set up the Vortex Dback 2-7×35 rimfire model is hard to beat. Parallax is set at 50 yards. That is what I run on my hunting 10/22. On my American I run a Weaver Classic Rimfire 2-7×28, no longer in production. Seems most scope are geared towards the arm chair operator crowd these days.

Free shipping. I have 3 or 4 of 'em now...hard to beat $199
