Caught that rascal on FIRE when searing on RIOT MODE.

Wasn't sure I was gonna get them back off in time!

But this is the best red meat I've had, period. Starting to LOVE this Recteq. Just gotta find a different way to sear....

It definitely got hot enough this time and pretty quickly too, I think it just needed to break-in once or twice.
