Rant/ I just finished my GA taxes (what is GA NOL?) Still due 3 months before IRS forms

I read it and the application. How is that different from a Schedule C (farm or any business loss) which flows to the State Form as GA starts with your Federal Adjusted Gross Income. You can also have a loss on a rental house that is shown on Schedule E (also flows to the GA form).

The Georgia Form 500 also is 5 pages long. Last year I didn't send in p.4 which was all zero's. I got a letter from the Georgia Department of Revenue demanding p.4. OK, I wrote 0 on the lines and mailed it in. I was cleared.

Not a great Beatles fan......

"One, two, three, four, one, two

Let me tell you how it will be
There's one for you, nineteen for me
'Cause I'm the taxman, yeah, I'm the taxman

Should five per cent appear too small
Be thankful I don't take it all
'Cause I'm the taxman, yeah, I'm the taxman

If you drive a car, I'll tax the street
If you try to sit, I'll tax your seat
If you get too cold, I'll tax the heat
If you take a walk, I'll tax your feet
'Cause I'm the taxman, yeah, I'm the taxman

Don't ask me what I want it for
(Ah ah, Mr. Wilson)
If you don't want to pay some more
(Ah ah, Mr. Heath)

'Cause I'm the taxman, yeah, I'm the taxman
Now my advice for those who die (taxman!)
Declare the pennies on your eyes (taxman!)
'Cause I'm the taxman, yeah, I'm the taxman
And you're working for no one but me (taxman!)"
