As stated before, ....DL matches CURRENT address and the GWCL clears you through the NICS Background and its STATEWIDE for the Life of the Expiration on the permit.

I'm a former Mngr at a Gun Store for 5yrs, if they refuse you because they don't match, they're a Crappy gun place and just leave cause they don't know the Law and they're trying to impead on your 2nd Amendment Rights by acting like Dumb@sses, ...Deuces Up and never go back cause they're Morons.

And if someone had the Money and Time, that would be a GREAT lawsuit when they deny you your 2nd Amendment Right. Cause when the LAW comes out, it's OVER, you were Legal to Buy that firearm and they Denied you, ...FYI.

Academy employees are usually retarded at best and the way they treat you by walking you out the door after a gun purchase is weird. That said, I deal with it to get the 5% card discount.

not sure if that's allowed but they should pin the ****ing thing because it's a public service annoucement. don't buy guns from cabelas/acadmy/sportsmans, basically anywhere you can walk into and purchase guns unless it's a local gunstore with reasonable prices like cgp or truprep. if everybody took two minutes to spot check their value before listing/offering/bloviating, this site would be an 80% more enjoyable place.
