Pulled pork with mustard on it

There's no rub on mine. I use it because it forms a bark to seal the juices in. The sauce is mostly mustard with spices, honey and molasses.

Re: rice, I never had pulled over rice. Hash is another SC thing. That always goes over rice.
 
Sticky Fingers makes a good Carolina sauce (in addition to the others they have).
It's available at most grocery stores around Atlanta.

I slather mine in mustard and it creates a wonderful bark. I get a gorgeous smoke ring too. Also, if you like any kind of rub on there, the mustard will help it stick.
