Will update with more photos around 2ish today. Finished product will be plated around 7pm for supper. Wife is already smiling and said she wants buns for sandwiches. Leftovers will be saved for another day.

4.5 hr update. Just pulled them of the smoker for the next steps. I'll post pics for those who have never done pulled pork before.
Completely wrap in foil and put back on for about 4 or so more hours.
I'll get a couple more once it is finished.
