Just put on 19.75lb of pork loin with Applewood rub to start making pulled pork.:hungry: 4-4.5 hrs and then the next step. It really is that easy, got to go mow for a couple of hours and then come back to slice and cook with apple juice in covered pans. RecTec will keep temp within about 2 degrees of setting for the entire process.
