Now I know where to never buy anything , IMO 'They ' should have checked the S# with aimpoint before selling .
file a police report as being sold a counterfeit item... all you want is your money back or legit item

Okay so let’s get this straight. When he came and looked at it Mr. Jimmy and I both told him that we were unfamiliar with it and didn’t know anything about them. We was unaware of the possibility it could have been fake because we are unfamiliar with it. He said that he was a gun junkie and very knowledgeable about guns and accessories. He started that if you turn it on and it shows up dark red in it that it is real. So we search for batteries and I ended up go next door to the hardware store to get batteries for it. Also as far as us taking it back we have a strict no returns or exchanges sold as is that is posted all over our place of business. The reason for this policy is because we have had issues with customers buying merchandise and returning it after they broke it or damaged it. We are a small business not a big corporation.
Phone support deemed it fake but email support deemed it milsurp called phone support back they said military serno im all sorts of confuzzled
