How big is the pond? Is there access for an excavator?
Get some Amer fish. They eat along the edges and keep it cleaned up
Check around with the local big landscaping companies. Some have special aquatic equipment to cut retention ponds at businesses. Maybe they would cut yours.

Pond is about 3 acres. We've had amur in it before, they got huge but didn't control the moss. I had to laugh about landscapers.... down here in our part of Ga a landscaper has a riding mower and a weedeater, maybe a rake. Planning to get more amur but got to get most of the moss out first so they can reach the water. Coontail & spikerush are a bad combination
If you put a few bags of lava stone in stream or spring that feeds your pond, can get it in bags for gas grills, they will help control the weeds & moss also when i fish ponds that have a good golden shiner population there usually isn't much of a weed or moss problem present. usually when no golden shiner's are present in a pond the weeds & moss take over. I've heard of people using buckwheat
straw to remove weeds but have never witnessed that.

The grapple has a toothed bucket & probably weighs 700lbs, the pallet forks have extra long forks & probably weigh 350lbs
