PMAGS: "New in Wrapper" WTF?

I am thinking about starting Thread to buy used PMAGS wrappers (only the wrappers) for $30 each. I think that might just bring the price of the PMAGS down.
and each wrapper will be with windows. so you can clearly see what is left inside. Any sellers of empty PMAG wrappers out there.
