PMAGS: "New in Wrapper" WTF?

1. Investment value. Packaging is half the price. Ask toy collectors.
2. You ever trade for new mags only to find the springs are weak cause somebody swapped them out?
3. Will you buy a pack of Jockey shorts that has been opened and taped back together?
4. Will you buy a jar of Jif if the factory seal has been removed?
