Please share your favorite Kimchi

It's funny, but my neighbor married a Korean woman, and just last week he asked me if I'd like some Kimchee she made. I don't care for it, so not wanting to offend him I thought fast, and asked if it was made in the ground. He said no, and I told him I only do the original.

The buckets they sell at super h mart are probably as good as any you'll ever find. Making it fresh is always the best though.

I prefer my kimchi to be made without fish oil and be spicy. Cabbage, radish, cucumber, etc. Most of my friends like the cucumber the most.

I'm a fan of cucumber or turnip Kim chi. Ill eat most any though. I would get ran out of PT because I smelled so bad from eating so much. Lol.

A lot of us Koreans love the kimchi in Megamart(Duluth) which is packaged in a plastic bag.
That is more original with less msg.
