I'M from up there, only about 30 minutes from where this occurred. It's redneck country all throughout Western PA, but as there are here, there are a few bad apples. It could happen anywhere, but this kid and his mother are just dumb azzes. I would say they were both intoxicated at the time of the shooting, and they should both be arrested. You would be surprised at how similar the folks where i'm from are to most of the folks I meet down here...so don't knock them too hard lol
