Please HELP! Inside Barrel Issue

To me it looks like leading with the closer pics. A good solvent and a lot of scrubbing with a brush. There is an acid that helps break down lead but a drop will strip blueing before you can wipe it off!!

Alright guys, you are awesome. I just took the last 15 minutes with lube, a rod, and wire brush. It knocked a ton of lead. I just kept doing it until it ran smooth. I was then able to run my bore snake through it several times and it looks clean as a whistle.
