Not Fried Man, Raw. i like'em cut up in there myself. And love me some fried green tomatoes as well.

Green tomatoes are just not my thing.

I prefer them pickled with sliced beets. And the longer they sit, the better they get.

I like the beet juice flavor, but for some reason I don't like my eggs red. Just seems wrong.

I think I just found out what I'm making today. Those look good. When I'm out of town the guys I work with always buy these from the gas stations. Next time I'll have them.

I used to love pickled eggs, pickled pigs feet all the good Southern food.

When I was a kid there was a little store in the country that had beer taps and pickled eggs. Dad didnt drink but we would occasionally stop for milk or whatever. I was fascinated, beer, salt and pickled eggs!
